Meeting Location Change : 8/7/23

We are changing the meeting location for tonight’s monthly meeting to the PFW parking garage… parking garage #3/level 2/off Dean Drive. Bring your food, chair, sweatshirt (for those who need it) and any donation that has been obtained since the last meeting… WE WILL NOT BE FILLING GOODIE BAGS THIS WEEK (that will be the meeting on the 14th). We will also be selling this year’s show t-shirts at this meeting to members. So bring $15 per t-shirt and we will get the size you need.

February Meeting

HELLO, CLUB MEMBERS! JUST A REMINDER OF OUR MEETING COMING UP MONDAY, FEB. 6TH, AT THE UNION STREET MARKET AT FORT WAYNE ELECTRIC WORKS ON BROADWAY STREET, FORT WAYNE. PLEASE ARRIVE BETWEEN 6:00-6:30. A Parking Garage is available on the north side of the campus. Or you may access the garage off of Lavina Street. Also, there is a parking lot on the south end of the campus off of Swinney Ave., and there is an overflow parking lot on the west side of Electric Works, on Wall Street, where parking is free for the first two hours. WE WILL MEET IN THE WEST HALL OF UNION STREET MARKET WHERE THERE IS A FOOD COURT WITH TABLES ANNUAL DUES OF $25.00 ARE NOW PAYABLE, AND DUE BY THE MARCH MEETING. WE WILL BE ACCEPTING NOMINATIONS FOR VICE PRESIDENT AND SECRETARY. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN SERVING OR KNOW SOMEONE THAT YOU THINK COULD DO A GOOD JOB, PLEASE LET US KNOW. Grabill Parade Announcement !

Thank you to everyone for registering for the 2022 Grabill Country Fair Parade 

Date of the parade: Saturday, September 10th

Address: 13723 Main St Grabill, IN 46741 

Lineup will be from 8:00 AM to 9:35 AM

The parade will start at 9:45 AM sharp

Large vehicles are encouraged to arrive early

Consult the table below for your lineup number and staging area color. Staging areas can be used to unload equipment and animals, turn vehicles around, and as a rally area for group participants. Please let everyone in your group know your line up number and staging area color, and please be punctual. Carpooling or walking to the staging areas is encouraged.

Volunteers at the registration table will have the filled-out entry forms. Any changes to your announcement can be made before the parade begins.

Volunteers stationed at each staging area will have cards with your line up number to display prominently on your entry. These will help the announcer identify your entry and help other parade entrants organize themselves in line.
